I love shooting engagement sessions! They provide couples with a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera before their big day and often times people will use these images for their Save the Dates and Invites!

I had so much fun meeting Ariana + Austin and getting to know their love story. They were so comfortable with each other, and natural in front of the camera- clearly deeply in love with each other!!

We chose Fort Fisher as the location for the engagement photo shoot. It provides so many stunning backdrops- the oak trees, the beach, the dunes, and the rocks all offer excellent photo opportunities. It is a bit out of the way (about 30 minutes from Downtown Wilmington), but totally worth the journey- and parking is free unlike at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach!
